■► Section 12. ALTZRATI08S OR CBAHGES IY °DISTRICTS. The owner or owners of any lot or lots within the Town of Redwood City, desiring to ®hangs the set back lines or the olassifioation applic- able to his or their lot or lots as the same appears upon the official set bank lines map or upon the offioial use of property sons map made a part of this Ordinance, shall file a written applioation with the Town Clerk stating the nature of the change desired. Such applioation,shall be a000mpanied by a map or diagram showing the boundaries of the area sought to be reclassified, together with the names and addresses of all the owners of record in the offios of the Town Assessor of lots therein and within a distance of 275 feet outside of the exterior boundaries of said area, sought to be reolassified. Immediately upon the filling of said applioation the same shall be transmitted tonthe City Manning Commission for an investigation and report. Within 30 days after receiving said application the City Planning Commission shall fix a time for hearing the same and at least 10 days before the date of hearing shall notify in writing the applicant or applicants and all persons whose names appear as owners of lots in said application of the time set for hearing. Stich hearing may be continued from time to time so that all parties interested may have opportuiity to be heard in relation thereto. Upon the conclusion of suoh hearing, or at the request of a majority of the Board of Trustees the City Planning Commission shall report to the Board of Trustees its recommend- ations and conclusions in respect thereto. The Board of Trustees may by resolution request the City Planning Commission to hear and oonsider any proposed change in the set back lines 6r the classification of any area or areas or the City Planning Commiss- ion may of its own initiative recommend a change in set back lines and a reclassification of any area or areas. Upon the reoeipt of the report of the City Planning Commission, the Board of Trustees shall oonsider the same and may change or refuse to change the set back line or classification applied for or reported upon 12.
