INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT. <br /> In an Industrial Distriot no buildings or premises shall be used and <br /> no building shall be oonstrueted or altered whioh is arranged, intended <br /> or deserted to be used for any .purpose other than for the use of 'Industry' <br /> as defined herein, and for such uses as are specified in Sections 3, 4 and <br /> 8 hereof. in an Industrial District no building or <br /> g premises shall be used- <br /> and no [building shall be oonstruoted or altered which is intended or des. <br /> igned to be used for any of the following specified trades, industrial or <br /> uses: <br /> 1. Creosote treatment or manufacture. <br /> 7. Coke ovals. <br /> 8. Dye stuff manufacture. <br /> 9. Gas manufacturing. <br /> 10. Gunpowder manufacture or storage. <br /> 11. Lamp black manufacture. <br /> 12. Line, oement or plaster of parts manufacture. <br /> 13. Pstroleum refs ag. <br /> 14. Potash refining. <br /> 15. Stookyards. <br /> 16. Nydroohlorio aoid manufacture. <br /> 17. Tar distillation or manufacture. <br /> 18. Tar roofing or tar waterproffing manufacture. <br /> 19. wool Pulling and immuring. <br /> 20. ?east plant. <br /> 81. Those uses whioh constitute a muisanoe or whioh may be noxious or <br /> offensive by reason of the emission of odor, dust, smoke, gas or noise. <br /> ?. <br />
