Panorama Proposal to Prepare an IS/MND <br /> for the La Palma Project on Kentfield Avenue <br /> 4. The addition of 12 residential dwellings will not result in a substantial increase in traffic <br /> and no traffic study is required <br /> 5. The site is previously disturbed and developed and will not require biological or <br /> cultural resources surveys <br /> 6. A mitigation measure will address the hazardous materials aspect of mitigation <br /> 7. It is assumed that the homes to be demolished,while older than 50 years,are not <br /> historically significant and not eligible for listing on the California Register of Historic <br /> Places. No additional effort will be required. <br /> 8. The Administrative Draft review comments will be consolidated into one document <br /> 9.
