1. Scope of Services that shall be completed by PCRC: PCRC will work in <br /> collaboration with RWC2020 to support all Prevention Partnership partner <br /> organizations by providing coordination activities for partner organizations. PCRC <br /> shall perform the following Services: <br /> • Facilitate Monthly Prevention Partnership Meetings <br /> a. Agenda development, logistical coordination, notes, and next steps; <br /> • Facilitate connection between PCRC resources, specifically but not limited to <br /> family engagement staff and youth development staff; <br /> • Ensure ongoing communication with contracted and non-contracted partners <br /> with monthly in person or phone conversations; <br /> • Provide 1-2 meetings with each individual contracted partner identifying <br /> milestones, solidifying contract agreements, and conducting year-end reviews; <br /> • Ensure appropriate County reporting and data collection requirements are met <br /> including but not limited to attending monthly provider meetings, entering and <br /> maintaining Prevention Partnership monthly CaIOMS records, quarterly reports, <br /> and annual reports; <br /> • Work with staff at John W. Gardner Center to identify indictors and develop/ <br /> implement evaluation plan for tracking success and impact; <br /> • Document efforts of Prevention Partnership during grant year to track <br /> indicators; <br /> • Work collaboratively with RWC 2020 Executive Director to update RWC2020 <br /> website, messaging, and marketing materials related to the Prevention <br /> Partnership; <br />� • Monitor Prevention Partnership budget; and <br /> � Complete other tasks related the Redwood City 2020 AOD Prevention <br /> Partnership as assigned. <br /> 2. Standard of Performance. While performing the Services, Consultant will <br /> exercise the reasonable professional care and skill customarily exercised by reputable <br /> members of Consultant's profession practicing in the urban Northern California Area, <br /> and will use reasonable diligence and best judgment while exercising its professional <br /> skill and expertise. <br /> 3. Term.
