7.1.A. - Page 6 <br /> Grants Fund budget to accommodate the grant in order to facilitate the Hoover Safe <br /> Routes to School Project. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. The City Council of the City of Redwood City hereby accepts the Safe <br /> Routes to School Grant construction phase award grant award of $578,000 from the <br /> California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) and authorizes the City Manager <br /> to execute related contract documents. <br /> 2. Fiscal Year 2014 -2015 Various Transportation Grants Fund revenue <br /> budget shall be increased by $578,000; and <br /> 3. Fiscal Year 2014 -2015 Various Transportation Grants Fund expenditure <br /> budget shall be increased by $578,000.
