Shown <br /> flexibility and adaptability to address them by making multiple <br /> changes to the school's operational plans including: <br /> 25% reduction in proposed student count from 200 to 150 <br /> Moved arrivals to 8:ioam - no overlap with Roosevelt <br /> Improved phasing, process and flow of arrivals and departures <br /> Distributed play areas, staggered recesses, P.E. during recess <br /> Noise barrier to reduce recess sound levels still further <br /> Enhanced measures and standards to ensure student safety <br /> Augmented carpooling and walk /bike to school initiatives <br /> Worked in close partnership with city officials throughout <br /> the entire process and fully complied with city & state codes <br />
