A typical way to obtain the knowledge and <br /> abilities would be: <br /> Four years of progressively responsible experience in the administration of <br /> human resources or risk management programs with at least two years in <br /> the area of Workers' Compensation. Supervisory experience is highly <br /> desirable. <br /> Education: <br /> Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with <br /> major course work in finance, public administration, business administration or a <br /> related field.
