Professional Services Agreement with Dyett & Bhatia for Public- Private <br /> Defined Benefits Program (Partnership RWC) <br /> Recommendation: <br /> By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br /> professional services agreement with Dyett & Bhatia in the amount of <br /> $124,000 for the Public- Private Defined Benefits Program (Partnership <br /> RWC). <br /> Mr. Aaron Aknin, Director of Community Development, provided the report mentioning <br /> the value of what the zoning will create, which types of benefits the community actually <br /> wants, and by a project -by- project basis and depending on market conditions, the City <br /> looks at how many community benefits will be taken as part of the project.
