To approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the construction contract <br /> documents and award the standard form contract 00520 for the Hoover Safe <br /> Routes to School Project to Granite Rock Company of San Jose, for their <br /> responsive and responsible low bid of$411,370; and, authorize the City Manager <br /> to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br /> 2. To approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 1 to the <br /> Design Professional Services Agreement with Bellecci & Associates in the <br /> amount of $63,808 (for a total of $143,808) to support City staff during <br /> construction of the Hoover Safe Routes to School Project; and, to authorize the <br /> City Manager to further increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of <br /> the total contract amount ($14,381). <br /> Motion carried by unanimous electronic vote. <br /> i�fi� ������ <br /> Silvia Vonderlinden <br /> Municipal City Clerk <br />
