User hereby agrees to indemnify and save, defend and hold City, its <br /> officers, officials, agents and employees free and harmless from any liability for any <br /> loss, damage or injury to persons or property, and from all costs, expenses and other <br /> charges arising fram User's use of the facility in connection with this Agreement. <br /> 13. User agrees that any and all of its officers, employees, agents or other <br /> personnel that may utilize the facility are in no way employees of the City of Redwood <br /> City.
