- . r■n _._.. <br /> 25. Proqram Reports. Quarterly reports shall be submitted to the City. Mediation <br /> Services reports will include a description of all activity related to this program for the <br /> prior period, referral source and language of service delivered. For community building <br /> and engagement services, reports will also include dates of service, workshop <br /> attendance numbers, and a brief summary of outcomes. <br /> 26. Interest of Public Officials. No members, officer or employee or agents of the <br /> City, no member of the City Council, and no other public official exercising any function <br /> or responsibility with respect to this program during his/her tenure, shall have any <br /> interest, direct or indirect, in this contract or a related subcontract or the proceeds <br /> thereof. <br /> 27. Insqection of Program. It is understood that periodic review of Consultant's <br /> program may be necessary and the right to do so is reserved by the City. <br /> 28. Dispute Resolution. In the event that differences relating to this contract, or to <br /> the relationship between the contracting parties, should arise during the term of this <br /> agreement, both parties will pursue resolution using an interest-based, non-adversarial <br /> approach and utilizing the services of a neutral third party mediator if direct negotiations <br /> are not successful. <br /> 29. Entire Aqreement. This Agreement, together with any other written document <br /> referred to or contemplated by it, along with the purchase order for this Agreement and <br /> its provisions, embody the entire Agreement and understanding between the parties <br /> relating to the subject matter of it. In case of conflict, the terms of the Agreement <br /> supersede the purchase order and any other attachment or exhibit. Neither this <br /> Agreement nor any of its provisions may be amended, modified, waived or discharged <br /> except in a writing signed by both parties. <br /> 30. Authoritv.
