As directed by Staff, meet with the design architecture firm for Winslow-Lowe <br /> Project to: <br /> a. Establish design guidelines for the proposed project <br /> b. Review conceptual drawings <br /> 2. Provide written comments on conceptual drawings <br /> 3. Review resubmittals, if any <br /> 4. Provide written recommendation to City Staff regarding Conceptual Design <br /> conformance to the Downtown Precise Plan <br /> Schematic Design Phase—Within 6 months of Agreement <br /> 1. Based on accepted Conceptual Design review Schematic Design submittals for <br /> conformance with the Downtown Precise Plan and approved Conceptual Design <br /> 2. Provide written comments to City Staff with recommendations for design change <br /> or other comments as appropriate. <br /> 3. Recommend to City Staff acceptability of the Schematic Design Package for <br /> inclusion with a Disposition and Development Agreement <br /> Winslow Street-Hamilton Street Urban Design —Within 6 months of Agreement <br /> 1. Review the Downtown Precise Plan to understand the context for development of <br /> the Winslow Lot property and the Hamilton Street property associated with the <br /> Fox Theatre, and their relationship to the built downtown. <br /> 2. Prepare sketches and design ideas for coordinating the development of these <br /> development projects as identified by City Staff. <br /> 3. Review and provide written comment on the urban design implications of the <br /> proposed Fox/Winslow development, including such elements as design of <br /> Hamilton Street between the development sites and the surrounding public <br /> spaces. <br /> 4. Review and provide written comment or sketches of the relationship of the <br /> development on the Winslow Lot Sequoia Station Rail Station. <br /> All work shall be as directed by staff.
