Exhibi#C <br /> Technical Rider <br /> In addition to the compensation agreement to retain Zoppe Circus, the City wilf provide <br /> staff time, labor, and materials, for the items below and in Exhibit B as part of this <br /> agreement. The City's Parks and Recreation Services Department shall manage the <br /> marketing, advertising, tent set up / tear.down, clean up; access to electricity and water, <br /> and purchase/rental of equipment and supplies, food and beverage concessions, ushers, <br /> and ticket sales for Zoppe Circus. <br /> The City is to provide the following: <br /> 1) FREE PARKING FQR RECREATIONAL VEHICLES <br /> Our Pertamers travel and live in recreational vehicles while on tour.Therefore,there must <br /> be a reserved space near the pertormance area for up to five(5} R.V.'s upon arrivaL The <br /> following is required: <br /> A) Electricity in R.V. Area <br /> Six (6) Electrical Edison outlets with 20 amp breakers each outlet in the R.V. <br /> parking location. If non-animal R.V.'s are not able to park ne� to the tent area, <br /> additional power and lights will be required in that area. <br /> B) Water <br /> Water faucet connection for garden hose near R.V. parking. If system uses a key, <br /> PERFORMERS are to be given the key upon amval. PERFORMERS will retum <br /> key to CITY prior to vacating the premises. Standard hose coupling is acceptable. <br /> C) Animal Parking <br /> Animal vehicles should be:permitted to park by the circus tent.lf R.V.trailer parking <br /> is located in an area other than by the circus tent, add�ional electric and water is <br /> required. Dumpster should be placed close to the animal parking in the location <br /> PERFORMERS designate upon arrival. <br /> 2) EMERGENCY INFORMATION <br /> The CITY should give PERFORMERS a list containing the names and phone numbers of local <br /> veterinarians, blacksmiths (for horseshoes) and hospitals to be used in case of emergency. <br /> Directions from the perFormance area to the hospital should also be provided upon <br /> PERFQRMERS' arrival. <br /> 3)ANIMAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> The following supplies are required: <br /> Two (2) bales of regular grass hay — per perFormance day Fifteen (15) bags of kiln-dried wood <br /> shavings, with finno(2) additional bags needed per pertormance day. <br /> ATTY/AGR/2014.072/ZOPPE LIVE PERFORMANCE <br /> REV:05-23-14 MLG <br /> Page 11 of 12 <br />
