6. Arriva{ and Set-Up Time. Pertormers must arrive no later than one hour prior to pertormance time on each date specified in Exhibit"A." At least one hour prior to the time of the first pertormance of the day, the City shall provide Pertormers and their designated representatives' su�cient access to the Place of Performance for set-up and sound check. 7. Technical Repuirements. The Ciiy shall provide the technical requirements as set forth in the Technical Requirements Rider attached hereto as Exhibit °C" and incorporated herein by this reference. 8. Term. Unless earlier terminated, the term of this Agreement will commence upon the date first above written and shall expire upon completion of performance of the Performances, or in any event no later than November 30, 2014. 9. Notice. The name of the persons who are authorized to give written notices or to receive written notice on behalf of City and on behalf of Pertormers under this Agreement.
