10/28/02 <br /> COPY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 14473 <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AMENDMENT NO. 2 TO THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND ALISON CARTWRIGHT AND <br /> JAY SABER (SUCCESSORS IN INTEREST TO MARK WEIR) <br /> FOR HISTORIC PROPERTY PRESERVATION <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain Amendment No. 2 by and between the City of Redwood City, <br /> a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California (hereinafter <br /> referred to as "City") and Alison Cartwright and Jay Saber (collectively, "Owner"), <br /> is entered ink-) and effective as of the 2b 4- <br /> day of November, 2002, amending the <br /> Agreement dated February 7, 1992 (the "Agreement"), by and between the City <br /> and Mark Weir (the "Original Owner") for the preservation of an historic structure <br /> located at 423 Beech Street, Redwood City, California (the "Structure"), a copy of <br /> which Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference <br /> is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> Manager and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to execute said Amendment <br /> No. 2, and to attest thereto, respectively, for and on behalf of the City of <br /> Redwood City.
