• <br /> SWC: sh 7/24/87 (#20) <br /> JUL 2 7 1987 <br /> R E S O L U T I O N N O. 10 5 6 5 ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION DESIGNATING CERTAIN BUILDINGS IN THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY AS HISTORIC LANDMARKS <br /> WHEREAS, in accordance with the provisions of Section 40.7 <br /> of the Code of the City of Redwood City the Historic Resources <br /> Advisory Committee presented its recommendation to the Planning <br /> Commission requesting the designation of Historic Landmark for <br /> the following two (2) buildings: Finger Farmhouse and Fox <br /> Sequoia Theater; <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, upon conducting a study of <br /> such proposed designations, and upon the testimony received at <br /> the noticed public hearing held upon such application, has <br /> recommended to this Council that both buildings be designated as <br /> Historic Landmarks; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. This Council, upon consideration of the recommendation <br /> of the Planning Commission, and testimony received at the public <br /> hearing upon such matter, does hereby designate the following <br /> buildings as Historic Landmarks: <br /> (a) Finger Farmhouse 90 Finger Avenue APN 052-061-160 <br /> (b) Fox Sequoia Theater 2221 Broadway APN 052-365-090 <br /> 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the <br /> Building Official of such designation and to file a certified <br /> copy of this resolution with the County Recorder of San Mateo <br /> County. <br /> 10565 <br />
