WHEREAS, as a conditian to said consent to annexation to said District, Owner <br /> was required to evidence consenf to annexatian to City and waiver of protest to such <br /> annexation in the event the Property were ta be propased for annexation ta City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Owner desires to evidence such consent and waiver as aforesaid. <br /> NO►N,THEREFORE,the parties hereto agree as foilows: <br /> �i. COPtSEN7'. !n the event the Property shali be praposed for annexation to the <br /> City of Redwood City Owner hereby consen#s to said annexation, and hereby waives <br /> Owner's rights to protesf such annexation pursuant to the provisions of law governing <br /> such annexatians. <br /> Z. TAXES.OTHER CHARGES. In the event annexatian of the Property ta City <br /> shal! be duly approved by a11 agencies having jurisdiction thereof, Owner agrees that the <br /> Praperty shall be subjecf to any and all general, speciai, extraordinary, or additionai <br /> taxes or assessments or any and all general, special exfraordinary, ar additionai service <br /> charges, fees, or rates, levied against, impased upon, ar otherwise perta4ning to the <br /> Praperty by any and aii agencies, including the City, hav'sng jurisdiction thereof in the <br /> same fashion as other iike prvperty located within the territorial timits of City. <br /> 3. NO LIMITATION. OTHER AGREEMENTS `�'he pmvisions hereof shall not be <br /> deemed to evidence approval of, or consen# by, City to annexation of the Property to <br /> City, it being expressly understood and agreed fihat City hereby reserves any and ail <br /> rights and determinatians, whether legislative, quasi judicial, administrative, ar however <br /> characterized, with respect to any proposed annexa#ian af the Prop�rty to City.
