Summary <br /> A review was conducted of the Jefferson Street project located on the block bounded by Wilson, <br /> Jefferson, Franklin streets and the Caltrain railroad tracks. This project proposes to move or <br /> demolish the historic house at 103 Wilson Street. The Downtown Precise Plan requires <br /> mitigation for the loss of 103 Wilson Street and this report contains a mitigation approach <br /> consistent with the Plan. <br /> Methods <br /> This review was conducted by Richard Brandi who holds an M.A. in Historic Preservation from <br /> Goucher College, Maryland and a B.A. from U.C. Berkeley. He is listed as a qualified historian <br /> with the California Historical Resources Information System. With more than 10 years of <br /> professional experience in architectural history and historic preservation, Mr. Brandi meets the <br /> requirements of a Qualified Professional as set forth by the Secretary of the Interior.
