By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Landscape Maintenance Agreement with FSDW-Redwood City LLC, a California limited liability company. 2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with FSDW-Redwood City LLC, a California limited liability company. BACKGROUND FSDW-Redwood City LLC, a California limited liability company, is the Owner of Record of real property located at 2808 El Camino Real. This company is the developer for an ongoing project at this location and is responsible for the construction of all improvements on the site. The project entails the demolition of all existing buildings on the property and the construction of a new, 36,000 square foot, two-story building containing 45 assisted care living units. ANALYSIS As part of the standard review process, the Community Development Department has approved the plans for the off-site landscape improvements and on-site stormwater treatment measures. The plans were submitted by the developer's design consultants, Gates + Associates and Kier & Wright. To ensure continued operation and maintenance of the on-site stormwater treatment measures and off-site landscape improvements the owner/applicant is required to enter into a Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement and a Landscape Maintenance Agreement. The agreements are attached to this staff report. ALTERNATIVES Council may choose not to approve the development related agreements. FISCAL IMPACT There is no fiscal impact to the city resulting from the recommended action.
