EXHIBIT "A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Scope of Work: <br /> Consultant will prepare an historical evaluation of 1606 Middlefield Road and render an <br /> opinion whether the subject building meets the criteria for a listing under the National <br /> Register of Historic Resources, California Register of Historical Resources, or the <br /> Historic Preservation Ordinance of the City of Redwood City. This scope does not <br /> include Consultant attending any meetings or hearings, or providing any other services. <br /> The evaluation will consist of the following: <br /> 1. A site visit <br /> 2. Photos of the building <br /> 3. Visual inspection <br /> 4.
