Section 10 . 7 of Ordinance No. 1130 , the Redwood <br /> City Zoning Ordinance, as amended, is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "Section 10 .7 . Lot Width. The minimum average lot <br /> width shall be 50 feet for a single-family dwelling and for <br /> a two-family (duplex) dwelling, and 75 feet for a multiple <br /> dwelling. Every lot shall have a minimum of 35 feet of <br /> frontage on a public street for a single-family dwelling, <br /> and a minimum of 50 feet of frontage on a public street for <br /> a two-family (duplex) dwelling, multiple dwelling, or <br /> dwelling group.
