MINUTE ORDER <br /> CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> <br /> June 11, 2001 <br /> MO. 01-89 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: June 13, 2001 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br /> Planning <br /> <br /> SUBJECT Fifth Amendment to the Redevelopment Plan <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on June 11, 2001. <br /> <br />Present: Councilmember Howard, Ira, Pierce, and Mayor Ruskin. <br /> <br />Absent: Vice Mayor Claire, Jordan, Hartnett <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes: <br /> <br /> M/S <br /> <br /> Ira/Howard -Hold a joint public hearing of the City Council and the <br /> Redevelopment Agency and receive testimony on this issue; <br /> Close the public hearing and continue Fifth Amendment deliberations to June <br /> 25, 2001; <br /> On June 25, 2001 after consideration of the testimony and response to written <br /> objections received at or prior to close of the hearing, move to waive reading <br /> and introduce the proposed Fifth Amendment by Ordinanc <br /> <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all <br /> those present. <br /> <br />Patricia S.
