08/25/2014 <br /> The installation of stop signs to the street is a minor alteration to the existing facilities, <br /> which do not establish a higher speed limit along a significant portion of the street and <br /> will not result in more than a negligible increase in use of the street. Furthermore, this <br /> project has been designed consistent with the city's standards and the California <br /> Manual of Uniform Traffic Control Devices. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1.
