7.3.A. - Page 3 <br /> FISCAL IMPACT <br /> Funds for the purchase of this property and the associated costs listed above are <br /> available in the Park Impact Fee Fund. A resolution establishing an appropriation in the <br /> amount of $550,000 in the Fund is a part of the recommended action for the Council. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br /> The requested action is not a Project as defined by the California Environmental Quality <br /> Act (CEQA, Public Resources Code, § 21065), in that the intended use and future <br /> improvements on the subject site have not been identified and thus the City cannot <br /> make a determination that the action would cause either a direct or reasonably <br /> foreseeable physical change in the environment.
