Existing residential uses are primarily clustered on the southwestern, southern, central, and <br /> eastern portions of the City. Existing land uses in the central and northwestern portions of the <br /> City consist of mixed use, commercial and industrial uses(Exhibit 2-6). <br /> PlannedhLandaJsesv <br /> Planned land uses within the City of Foster City generally follow the existing development <br /> pattern,with a mix of single-family,townhouse, and condominium uses designated southwester, <br /> southern, and eastern portions of the City. Public uses such as parks and schools are also <br /> interspersed throughout this area. Central Foster City is designated for single-family residential, <br /> condos, semi-public uses,mixed uses and a school.
