7.1.D. - Page 17 <br /> with the Equipment, or any other failure by Buyer to comply with Seller or manufacturer requirements or <br /> recommendations concerning the Equipment or its maintenance, including the proper storage and use of <br /> Consumables, which adversely affects the operation or reliability of the Equipment, shall void Seller's <br /> obligations hereunder. <br /> Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary, many of the parts used in the manufacture of <br /> the unit have warranties of their own which may be longer than Seller's limited warranty and Seller will <br /> include all warranty documentation for same upon delivery. <br /> V. TRAINING. <br /> 5. Seller at Buyer's cost stated above shall provide up to five(5)days of training to employees <br /> on the use of the Equipment. Training will take place in Redwood City immediately after delivery of the <br /> unit and will run for five (5) contiguous business days. Seller will pay travel, lodging or other related <br /> charges for its training staff. Training will include review of Standard Operating Procedures, field <br /> demonstrations of Standard Operating Procedures, and observation of staffs use of the equipment in the <br /> field. Seller shall also provide Buyer a copy of the training schedule and final version of operations manual. <br /> VI. PURCHASE OF CONSUMABLES. <br /> 6. During the Warranty Period,Buyer shall purchase from Seller or its designated third party <br /> provider, at its then current prices,the Consumables, if any, identified on SCHEDULE A. <br /> VII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br /> 7.
