7.1.E. - Page 15 <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Hard and digital (AutoCAD) copies of the topographic base mapping shall be <br /> submitted. <br /> TASK 3--INITIAL DESIGN (75% DESIGN SUBMITTAL) <br /> This initial design will be used as the basis for the development of the Final <br /> Design. The tasks includes, but are not limited to, the following: <br /> 1. Develop 75% Design Submittal which shall include, but not limited to, <br /> demolition plan, site grading, general and construction notes, pipe <br /> connection details, construction details and sections, technical <br /> specifications, possible staging areas, and estimate of construction <br /> costs. The design calculations and analysis should include all final <br /> engineering calculations, any miscellaneous technical data, maintenance <br /> considerations and catalogue cuts for any special equipment. <br /> 2. Review existing pump station background information. Conduct site visit <br /> to the pump station site to assess the condition and provide <br /> recommendation for mitigation of wet well liner. <br /> 3. Contact utilities agencies and coordinate relocation, if necessary. Show <br /> utilities on drawings. <br /> 4. Evaluate whether existing PG&E service is adequate for the <br /> improvements. If not, coordinate with PG&E for installation of new <br /> electrical service. Submit documents for service application, if needed. <br /> 5. Coordinate with City's SCADA consultant, The EDCCO Group, for the <br /> design of the RTU/PLC unit and control system programming. <br /> 6. Coordinate with Bay Area Air Quality Management District (BAAQMD) <br /> regarding new generator permit requirements. <br /> 7. Prepare for review by City, 75% complete construction drawings <br /> consisting of plan views, profiles, cross-sections, construction notes, <br /> detailing of major components, utility connection points, specification <br /> outline, construction cost estimates, construction schedule and other <br /> documents, including but not limited to, details, catalogue cuts, product <br /> literature for all products, and engineering calculations. <br /> Deliverables: <br /> Six (6) sets of seventy-five percent (75%) plans (24"x36" plan sheets), <br /> specification outline, and Engineer's Estimate shall be presented to the City for <br /> review. The City will provide the City's standard title block. A marked set will be <br /> returned along with City staff's comments and/or request for clarifications to the <br /> Consultant for revision. One meeting shall be scheduled with City staff after <br /> review of the 75% submittal prior to proceeding with the 100% Final Design <br /> Submittal. <br /> REV.08-20-14 VR <br /> Page 12 of 16 <br /> ATTYIAGR 2014.155/WILSEY HAM <br />
