M I N U T E O R D E R <br /> NO: 88 -21. <br /> CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br /> Redwood City <br /> DATE : February 2 , 1988 <br /> Attention : City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> SUBJECT : Ordinance relating to smoking in public places <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 1 , 1988 <br /> Present : Councilmen Britschgi , Bury, Chandler , Greenalch , LaBerge , Stangel and <br /> Mayor Clai re <br /> Absent : None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes : <br /> M/S : LaBerge/ Greenalch to request staff to draft an ordinance relating <br /> to smoking in public places . <br /> CLARIFICATIONS : Councilman Greenalch said it is his understanding of <br /> the motion that the ordinance will address the time , place and manner in <br /> which people may smoke in public places .
