Director <br /> Planning Director <br /> Clerk <br /> SUBJECT : Appeal of Planning Commission ' s decision to approve the Planned <br /> Development Permit for the Sequoia Medical Office Building , Whipple <br /> Avenue and Alameda de las Pulgas ( 203-08) <br /> Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on February 29 , 1988 <br /> Present : Councilmen Britschgi , Bury, Chandler , Greenalch , LaBerge , Stangel and <br /> Mayor Claire <br /> Absent : None <br /> The following motion was made and entered on the minutes : <br /> M/S : Britschgi / Claire that because of the overall size of the <br /> building and because it is not similar to the rest of the <br /> neighborhood to grant the appeal of Bert J .
