TASK 4—FINAL DESIGN (100% DESIGN SUBMITTAL) With the City's approval, the Consultant shall proceed with the Final Design. Specific tasks in this phase include, but are not limited to, the following: 1. Incorporate 75% Design Submittal review comments. 2. Prepare 100% Design Submittal consisting of complete construction documents including drawings, specifications and cost estimates. The submittal shall also include, but not limited to, site grading plan, cross- section details, structural details, complete technical specifications, estimate of construction cost, electrical details, civil details, structural details, mechanical details, and any catalogue cuts for any special material proposed for use in the project. 3. The 100% Design Submittal shall be ready for signature and submitted to the City for review and approval. A marked set will be returned along with staff's comments and/or request for clarifications for revision. Deliverables: Consultant shall furnish one (1) set of full-size plans (24"x36" plan sheets) and specifications for the project. The City will provide the City's standard title block. The Contract Document set shall bear the responsible engineer's wet stamp and signature with a license expiration date. Consultant shall also furnish an electronic copy of the drawings in AutoCAD (version 2013 or earlier) and in PDF format, specifications in Word, cost estimate, and probable construction schedule in Excel. TASK 5—BID SUPPORT AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES The following services shall be provided during the bidding process and construction phase of the project. 1. Provide design clarification responses during bid phase. 2. Attend and conduct pre-bid meeting. Respond to questions from prospective bidders. Assist in issuing addenda, as directed by the City. 3. Conduct three (3) site visits during construction at appropriate stages. 4. Attend and conduct pre-construction meeting. 5. Review shop drawings submittals (25), change order requests (5), requests for information (10), and provide written recommendations to the City. 6. Participate in the final inspection and assist with punch list of deficiencies. 7. Prepare "As-Built" drawings based on construction field notes and limited field review by the Consultant.
