in accordance with the specifications therefor, are hereby <br /> accepted and said bidders are declared to be the lowest <br /> responsible bidders for the furnishing of the aforementioned <br /> trucks. <br /> 2. Any informalities in the bids mentioned in paragraph <br /> one hereof are hereby waived. <br /> 3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute <br /> agreements with Dodge Center for the furnishing of Vehicle I, <br /> Vehicle II, and Vehicle III, and with Bayshore International <br /> Trucks, Inc. for the furnishing of Vehicle IV, in accordance <br /> with and subject to the terms and conditions of the <br /> aforementioned specifications and said bidders ' proposals. <br /> 4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood <br /> City for the furnishing of the aforementioned four (4) trucks, <br /> other than the bids mentioned in paragraph one hereof, are <br /> hereby rejected. <br /> 5.
