a <br /> affiliation. <br /> (i) Employing Agency shall inform PSE participation, upon <br /> hiring, of its Personnel Rules and Regulations . <br /> (j) Each participant shall be provided with a job description <br /> or job training outline, and salary schedule. <br /> (k) Each participant shall be given the same rights and <br /> privileges given to other employees similarly employed, including <br /> but not limited to: <br /> 1. Comparable salary <br /> 2. Comparable fringe benefits <br /> 3. Comparable working conditions <br /> Workers ' Compensation insurance or comparable insurance coverage <br /> shall be provided to each participant. Employing Agency shall <br /> follow the guidelines of the Equal Employment Opportunity laws <br /> of the Federal, State and local governments. <br /> (1) If a grievance cannot be resolved within the procedure <br /> normally available to other similarly employed by the Employing <br /> Agency, a further hearing may be provided by the City upon request <br /> of the participant. <br /> (m) Employing Agency shall maintain records of the following, <br /> which shall be available to City on request: <br /> 1. Personnel evaluation of each participant <br /> 2. Participant termination <br /> 3. Participant status change <br /> All of Employing Agency' s records relating to this agreement <br /> shall be retained for a minimum of three years from the end of <br /> the calendar year after termination of this agreement and longer <br /> if necessary to resolve audit exceptions and problems. <br /> (n) Any unexpended funds remaining at the termination of this <br /> -3- <br />
