Those certain bid documents for the sale of Lots 14 and <br /> 15, Block l, Farm Hill Subdivision No. 5, Redwooc� �City, California, <br /> comprised of the notice to bidders, instructions to bidders, bid <br /> form, and agreement of sale, are hereby approved and the City Clerk <br /> is hereby authorized and directed to publish notice of the proposed <br /> sale thereof pursuant to the provisions of Section 3-1/2 of the <br /> Charter of the City of Redwood City. <br /> 2. Paragraph 1 of Resolution No. 7981, entitled "Resolution <br /> Approving and Authorizing Execution of Revised Agreement Relating <br /> to Sale of, and Future Construction Upon, Lots 13, 14 and 15, <br /> Block 1, Farm Hill Subdivision No. 5, Redwood City; and Rescinding <br /> Resolution No. 7958, " adopted January 16, 1978, is hereby rescinded. <br /> The rescission of Resolution No. 7958, pursuant to paragraph 2 of <br /> said Resolution No. 7981, is hereby confirmed. <br /> * * * <br /> -2- <br />
