Any and all resolutions not hereinabove specified, or any <br /> portion thereof, in conflict with the provisions of this resolution <br /> or in conflict with any provision of Resolution No. P- 834 , <br /> entitled "Resolution Establishing Rates and Charges for the Use of <br /> Facilities and Services of the Port of Redwood City Yacht Harbor, " <br /> adopted January 12 , 1978, by the Board of Port Commissioners <br /> of the City of Redwood City, shall be, and hereby is, to the extent <br /> of such conflict, rescinded. <br /> 3.
