The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> agreement with Case Power and Equipment for the furnishing <br /> of the above-mentioned equipment in accordance with and subject <br /> to the terms and conditions of the aforementioned bidder's <br /> proposal. <br /> 4 . Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> for the furnishing of the above-mentioned equipment, other than <br /> the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> return to all unsuccessful bidders and to the successful bidder <br /> upon execution by them of the agreement for furnishing of said <br /> equipment to the City of Redwood City, all security guaranteeing <br /> execution of the contract award. <br /> * * * <br /> -2- <br />
