The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> agreement with Western Traction Company for the furnishing of <br /> the above-mentioned equipment in accordance with and subject to <br /> the terms and conditions of the aforementioned bidder' s proposal. <br /> 4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> for the furnishing of the above-mentioned equipment, other than <br /> the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> 5.
