The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute an <br /> agreement with Nixon-Egli Equipment Company, Inc. , for the <br /> furnishing of the above mentioned equipment in accordance with <br /> and subject to the terms and conditions of the aforementioned <br /> bidder' s proposal. <br /> 4. Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> for the furnishing of the above mentioned equipment, other <br /> than the bid mentioned in paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> 5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> return to all unsuccessful bidders and to the successful bidder <br /> upon execution by them of the agreement for furnishing of said <br /> equipment to the City of Redwood City, all security guaranteeing <br /> execution of the contract award. <br /> * * * <br /> -2- <br />
