The sum of Fourteen Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($14 , 000. 00) is hereby transferred from the appropriation for <br /> Resources Held in Reserve, Organizational Support Programs, <br /> Operations Programs to the appropriation for Elections, Legis- <br /> lative Services/Records Management, Policy Development and <br /> Implementation, Operations Programs. <br /> 2.
