NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CIE, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1 . The Planning Commission , having independently heard , considered , and <br /> weighed all the evidence in the record presented on behalf of interested parties and <br /> being fully informed of the update to the Housing Element, finds that the Adoption Draft <br /> 2015-2023 Housing Element is in the interests of the City and conforms to applicable <br /> policies in the General Plan . This determination is based on the staff report and <br /> attachments prepared for the Planning Commission hearing on the update to the <br /> Housing Element, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. <br /> 2 . The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br /> adopt the Negative Declaration associated with the draft housing Element, discussion of <br /> which is included in the staff report and attachments. <br /> 3 . The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br /> adopt the Draft 2015-2023 Housing Element. <br /> 4.
