We are pleased <br />to submit our lump sum price for the noted scope of work. <br /> <br /> <br />1. Lump Sum Price: $ 82,500.00 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />2. Pricing Clarifications: <br /> <br />a. Our pricing is based on the demolition debris being classified as a non- <br />hazardous waste. <br />b. Regarding the dry practice run. Our pricing for this practice run is based on <br />providing crew personnel only. No equipment will be included in the dry run. <br />c. Our pricing is based on having our water craft subcontractor provide the <br />Commercial Marine Liability Insurance. <br />d.
