The <br />notice is easily customized and can be <br />prepared in advance with common evacuation <br />or shelter information. The Emergency <br />Homepage Alert would prominently cover the <br />main area of the homepage so users would <br />not miss it. <br />Robust site usage and <br />statistics tracking (to <br />the page level) to allow <br />the City to analyze how <br />the public is using the <br />website. <br />Web analytics software is included with the <br />City’s Subscription Services. <br />Ability to link to <br />social networking sites, <br />including multiple <br />accounts in each <br />service. Sites desired <br />include: <br />Facebook, Twitter, <br />Youtube, <br />Flickr, and Pinterest. <br />Integrate Facebook, Twitter, Google +, or <br />Pinterest sharing options into any page <br />within the website with our social media <br />tool. This allows you to add these as you <br />like to specific pages, and your website <br />visitors have the option to now instantly <br />share the page via social media. You can <br />see how many times other people have <br />shared. <br />Ability to embed content <br />from social media site <br />directly into website. <br />Examples: Twitter Feeds, <br />Pinterest Boards, <br />MindMixer, etc. <br />Vision Internet incorporates feed readers <br />into your website that pull content from <br />social media websites such as Twitter and <br />Facebook. This allows you to display all <br />of your social media updates simultaneously <br />on your website without having to make <br />updates in two different places. <br />Ability to embed any <br />page, as a “widget”, in <br />mobile format, into our <br />myRWC mobile app <br />(www.publicstuff.com). <br />Widgets work by opening <br />a specific URL in a <br />browser. Any feature the <br />new website will <br />provide, that exists in <br />myRWC, must be <br />embeddable as a mobile <br />widget (example: <br />calendar). <br />Most features of your new website, such as <br />News items and other dynamic content, will <br />be available via mobile devices. <br /> Provide measures that <br />prevent security <br />breaches and access to <br />confidential data <br />collected and stored. <br />Vision Internet uses software to monitor <br />the website 24/7. If there is any outage, <br />four Vision Internet staff members will <br />receive notifications by e-mail and text <br />message.
