<br />RESOLUTION NO. OB ___ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RE-ADOPTING A <br />CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE FOR THE OVERSIGHT BOARD AND <br />REPEALING RESOLUTION SA 12-10 <br /> <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of Redwood City as follows: <br /> <br />1. Adoption. That the Code entitled “Conflict of Interest Code of the <br />Oversight Board for the Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment <br />Agency” is hereby approved and adopted as set forth in Exhibit “A”, along with <br />attached Appendix “1”, incorporated herein by reference in which Officials are <br />designated herein and by this reference made a part hereof. <br /> <br />2. Effective Date. The adoption of this Code shall be effective <br />immediately. <br /> <br />3. Filing of Resolution.
