09/22/2014 <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency dissolved effective February 1, 2012 <br /> per AB x1 26 and a Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency ("Successor <br /> Agency") was created in its place; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Council, as the Code reviewing body for the City, seeks to adopt <br /> a Conflict of Interest Code for the Successor Agency, and repeal the Conflict of Interest <br /> Code for the dissolved Redevelopment Agency. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Adoption. That the Code entitled "Conflict of Interest Code of the <br /> Successor Agency to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency" is hereby approved <br /> and adopted as set forth in Exhibit "A", along with attached Appendices, incorporated <br /> herein by reference in which Officials are designated herein and by this reference made <br /> a part hereof. <br /> 2. Effective Date. The adoption of this Code shall be effective immediately. <br /> 3. Filing of Resolution. The Secretary of the Successor Agency Board is <br /> hereby directed to file a copy of this resolution with his or her office and to make it <br /> available to members of the general public. <br /> 4. Repeal. The Successor Agency Conflict of Interest Code (adopted by <br /> Resolution No. SA 12-09) is hereby repealed in its entirety. <br /> 5. Effective Date.
