By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br /> No. 1 to extend the term of the agreement for SVCW's use of City property <br /> known as the "former sewage treatment plant site" to accommodate SVCW's <br /> construction of their 48-inch Forcemain Reliability Improvement Project. <br /> 2. By motion, to approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment <br /> No. 2 to extend the term of the agreement for Former Sewage Treatment Plant <br /> Site-Dealer Parking Group ("Amendment No. 2 to Auto Dealers Agreement") to <br /> accommodate SVCW's construction of their 48-inch Forcemain Reliability <br /> Improvement Project. <br /> The motion carried 6-0 by electronic vote with Council Member Howard absent. <br /> Silvia Vonderlinden <br /> Municipal City Clerk <br />
