EXHIBIT"A" <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> Preparation of an Appraisal Report for the City's Public Works Services Yard, APN 054-011-060, <br /> located at 1400 Broadway <br /> In conformance with the Code of Profession al Ethics and Standzrds of Professional Practioce of the <br /> Appraisal Institute, Consultant shall prepare an appraisal of the City's property located at 1400 <br /> Broadway, Redwood City, evaluating three development scenarios. <br /> Scenario One evaluates the property under the Current Zoning (Mixed Use Commercial — Gateway <br /> Broadway) <br /> Scenario Two evaluates the property at its highest and best use.
