COPY <br /> 2. That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" by and between the City <br /> of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, by and <br /> through its Board of Port Commissioners ("Port of Redwood City") and The Dutra <br /> Group, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the Port Executive <br /> Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> hereby approved, and the Port Executive Director and the Port Executive <br /> Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute and to attest thereto, <br /> respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of the Port of Redwood City. <br /> 3. Any and all informalities or irregularities in the aforementioned bid of <br /> Dutra Group are hereby waived. <br /> 4.
