The <br /> City Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City. <br /> Section 3. The City Council hereby approves the sale of the City <br /> Property pursuant to the terms of the Property Disposition Agreement, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by reference, and authorizes and <br /> directs the City Manager to execute the Property Disposition Agreement, subject <br /> to any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney. <br /> The City Council further authorizes the City Manager to take all actions <br /> necessary to carry out the Property Disposition Agreement, including execution <br /> of the deed, and any other documents necessary to complete the transaction. <br /> Section 4.
