with the Equipment,or any other failure by Buyer to comply with Seller or manuFacdirer requirements or recommendations concerning thc Equipment or its maintenance, including the proper storage and use of Consumables, which adversely affects �e operation or reliability of the Equipment, shall void Seller's obligations hereunder. Notwithstanding anything contained herein to the contrary,many of the parts used in the manuf�cbu�e of the unit have warrarnies of their own which may be longer than Seller's limited warranfiy and Seller will include all warranty documentation for same upon delivery. V. TRAIIVING. 5. Seller at Buyer's cost stated above sha11 provide up to five(5)days of training to employees on the use of the Equipment.Training will take place in Redwood City immediately after delivery of the unit and will nm for five (5) contiguous business days. Seller will pay travel, lodging or o�er relaled charges for its training sta� Training will include review of Standand Operating Procedures, field demonstrations of Standard Operating Procedures,and observation of staffs use of the equipment in the field. Seller shall also provide Buyer a copy of the training schedule and final version of operations manual. VI. PURCHASE OF CONSUMABLES. 6. During the Warranty Period,Buyer shall purchase from Seller or its designated third party provider,at its then cunent prices,the Cansumables,if any,identified on SG�IEDULEA. VII. ENTIRE AGREEMENT 7. This Purchase Agreement, together with SCSEDULE A and the Teims and Conditions hereto,set forth the entire agreement between the Seller and Buyer with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all previous agreements and understandings between Seller and Buyer, whether oral or written,relating to the subject matter hereof.
