10/08/2007 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 14813 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE g'I1'. ®FaRe®d1.11D, „ <br /> Lf1T)Y APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF MASTER <br /> AGREEMENTS, PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, FUND <br /> EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS AND/OR FUND TRANSFER <br /> AGREEMENTS FOR LOCAL AGENCY FEDERAL AID PROJECTS; <br /> AND DESIGNATING THE CITY MANAGER AS THE AUTHORIZED <br /> REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE ALL MASTER AGREEMENTS; AND <br /> DESIGNATING THE CITY ENGINEER AS THE AUTHORIZED <br /> REPRESENTATIVE TO EXECUTE ALL PROGRAM SUPPLEMENTAL <br /> AGREEMENTS, FUND EXCHANGE AGREEMENTS AND/DR FUND <br /> TRANSFER AGREEMENTS RELATED TO THE MASTER AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City is eligible to receive Federal and/or State <br /> funding for certain Transportation Projects, through the California Department of <br /> Transportation; and <br /> WHEREAS, Master Agreements, Program Supplementa Agreement, Fund <br /> Exchange Agreements and/or Fund Transfer Agreements need to be executed with the <br /> California Department of Transportation before such funds could be claimed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authorization to execute these Master <br /> Agreements and any amendments thereto to the City Manager; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City wishes to delegate authorization to execute these Program <br /> Supplemental Agreements, Fund Exchange Agreements, Fund Transfer Agreements <br /> and any amendments thereto to the City Engineer; and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1, The recitals set forth above are true and correct, and are hereby <br /> incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety. <br /> 2, The master agreements, program supplemental agreement, fund <br /> exchange agreements and/or fund transfer agreements for local agency federal aid <br /> projects are hereby approved. <br /> 3.
