Award of Contract - Main Street Dog Agility Park Staff contact: Claudia Olalla, Senior Landscape Designer 780 -7379 colalla @redwoodcity.org Recommendation: Approve, by motion, the contract documents and award the standard form contract for the Main Street Dog Agility Park Project to Redwood Engineering Construction of Redwood City, California for their responsive and responsible low bid in the amount of $444,825.00; and, authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, not to exceed $489,307.50 awarded, not to exceed $489,307.50, and deem Guerra Construction Group a non - responsive bidder.
